Dear MF JB,
Bago ko sagutin ang mga nilalaman ng Email mo sa mga Bro natin sa Saudi, Hayaan mong isa-isahin kong ipamukha sayo ang mga kasalanan mo magmula nang mag Acting Prime Minister ka.

Kaya ang advise ko gumawa sila ng proposal na ma amend ang Immunity Clause particularly Sec 1 Art XXI. Masakit pero totoong nangyayari! Wag lang sanang piringan ang mata ng lahat! Ganyan na ba tayo kasama?
2. Sa Baljoon, Cebu pinakita lang ni NF EMS ang Financial Report kay NF EDS Durban na ang sabi pa ay Deficit kaya hindi isinomete sa Finance Minister. Ano ba ang ibig sabihin nito? Pinakialaman mo ang pera ng GBI? Saan napunta ang annual dues, chartering, membership fee ng Luzon sa Official Depository Bank? Nagsubmit ka ba ng LIQUIDATION kung saan napunta ang perang yan? Palagay mo tama ka? Technical Malversation ang ginawa mo. Again, marami ang nagtanong kung bakit mo nagawa ito. Dahil ba hindi ka pwedeng kasuhan sa SEC 1, ART XXI?
3. Isa pang katanungan ang mga donations sa nakaraang typhoon. Wala kang binigay na detailed itemized summary kung magkano ang pera at ilang crates o boxes ba ang relief goods ang natanggap mo at kung sinu-sino ang nabigay ng tulong. Transparent dapat para hindi ka pagdudahan.
4. Ang existence International Regions ba legal in so far as the GBI Constitution and By Laws is concerned? Saang Provision ba ang nasabing By – Laws ang basis mo? Napakarami nila diba? 5. Last Friday, June 4, nakipagmeeting si FDR PHILOS sa amin dito sa Iligan. Doon ko nalaman magkano ang perang ginastos niya sa Visayas Conference sa Baljoon.
Wala bang solicitations na kailangan pang si FDR PHILOS ang magshoulder ng napakalaking halaga? Ginawa mo siyang Provincial Founder yata sa Cebu kahit na member siya ng Founding Chapter. Sabi ko, okey lang yon kung makatulong sa ikabubuti ng GBI, anyway on loan ka lang. Wala na bang matitinong member dyan sa Cebu para mag Provincial Founder? For personal reasons? For convenience?
6. Bakit 1411 Globe Asiatic Tower I na ang Domicile na Ginagamit mo sa lahat ng official communications mo. Wala yan sa article I ng amended by Laws. Art II, National Seal pero iba na yata ang logo natin ngayon. May national seal nga pero dinagdagan mo ng Republic of the Philippines sa bandang kanan at may logo pang Lapu Lapu? Sino ba ang bumaboy sa By Laws kami o ikaw?

Pinapaattend pa si NF Offroad sa April 4 conf., pero sila wala, di umattend!

What ensued was the assembly at RAAGAS BEACH RESORT, Cagayan de Oro City which was converted into a Provincial Assembly, followed by the scheduling of the First Mindanao Founders Summit held at Maguindanao Hotel.

AT THIS POINT IN TIME, THERE IS A VERY SERIOUS LEADERSHIP CRISIS IN THE GBI HIGHER ECHELON WHICH WHEN NOT PROPERLY ACTED UPON AND ADDRESSED COULD ESCALATE DIVISIVENESS AFFECTING THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION.
YOUR PRONOUNCEMENT DECLARING THE MINDANAO ASSEMBLY ILLEGAL CORRODES RESPECT AND CONFIDENCE NOT ONLY AMONG NATIONAL OFFICERS BUT OTHER MEMBERS AS WELL.

THE NATIONAL TRIUMVIRATE IS COMPOSED OF THREE MEMBERS. YOUR PRONOUNCEMENT IN NOT INCLUDING ME IN MAJOR DECISIONS IS “MORALLY WRONG” AND A BIG BLUNDER ON YOUR PART! AM I TO BELIEVE GBI IS NOW A “CONJUGAL PROPERTY OF SMF LAPULAPU AND MF JOHNBULL?” WHERE ARE WE HEADING?
WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE “PILLARS” OF THE ORGANIZATION. WE SHOULD LISTEN TO REASON, ADMIT OUR MISTAKES, MAKE AMENDS AND BE SORRY FOR ANY LAPSES, MISDEEDS AND WRONG DOINGS IF ANY, CONSIDERING TOO THAT WE ARE ONLY HUMANS. I TOO HAVE MY OWN WEAKNESSES AND SHORTCOMINGS! YOU KNOW ME VERY WELL, HEAD TO FOOT; INSIDE OUT!
I NEVER EXPECTED YOU WOULD JUNK ME, OF ALL PEOPLE WHY YOU? I admire your principles, I greatly respect you and idolize you as an officer and a Gentleman.
I have in my possession a copy of the Open Letter Denouncing you and expelling you from GBI. The main issue was “INCORPORATING IN THE BY LAWS THE GRANT OF INHERENT POWERS TO THE MASTER FOUNDERS”
This was not given due course by National Officers in attendance arguing among other things that “By INHERENT POWERS you would be the owner of GBI contending Further that by inherent power you are above the GBI by laws, can destroy the reputation of any well-meaning GBI member with impurity, can violate, trample and disregard the GBI Laws!! You were branded a dictator in that Open Letter (hereto attached).
During the Special National Assembly at Molave Hotel, Tagum City, the Constitution and By Laws of GBI was amended and ratified. This time there was no “Inherent Power”, instead a very Special amendment was included; in Sec 1, Art XXI, which reads: ANY MEMBER OR OFFICER OTHER than the officers of the GUARDIANS NATIONAL TRIUMVIRATE (NOW TWOVIRATE and ONEVIRATE) whose conduct or activities are contrary to the By Laws, Rules and Regulation of the Association shall be subjected to Disciplinary Actions”.
This particular issue came up in the Caucus prior to the assembly. The contention of many national officers is that no provisions should be incorporated in the By Laws, that is oppressing and undemocratic to preclude dictatorship and one man rule.
It is for this reason that the priority amendment as proposed for final deliberation during the national convention is the immediate “SCRAPPING” of the above provision cited above.
I hope delegates would ponder deeply and reconsider this issue at hand. If this is not scrapped and repealed whom many believed is not possible because they perceive this to be the “cloak” that shields the triumvirate against culpable violations to the Constitution and By Laws. This is the “STRAW THAT BREAKS THE CAMEL’S BACK”!
I hate to say this but you seem oblivious of the fact that I, NF August and RF Escorial were instrumental in preparing the MANIFESTO submitted to SGF RED KAPUNAN during the PGBI National Convention at Tubod, Lanao del Norte sometime in April of 2001.
All of you joined the PGBI to include the Founding Chapter but when I returned from Saudi Arabia and with the help of these officers you relieved, we managed to restore the lost glory of GBI.
In almost all communications coming from the office of the Acting Prime Minister your signature appears and yet it is public knowledge within the Organization that you are on leave. Almost all the national officers are questioning these acts raising doubts and speculations that there is something wrong so that you conform to the said communications.
Some are very vocal to the point of saying there seems to be a cover up by siding with JB all the way.
I was shamed in front of everybody during the meeting when they asked me if part of the 64k was given to me as my share of the Loot. I told them I know nothing about it. That was the time a copy of the Email was furnished to me.
In all honesty, you have wronged me, you hurt my feelings. Like you, I too have my principles and honor which I will die to defend! You insulted the sanity of the national officers you relieved and who like wounded tigers are fierce and very vocal. They pity me and told me personally they will be with me even if I jump into HELL.
We occupy the topmost position in the association. But remember, on our way down these are the people we will come face to face!
I’m very sorry Sir for this expose. It’s just that I treasure and love GBI above all!
If this would further strain and taint our relationship with doubts then so be it! I’m not closing my door to a possible dialogue with you and JB. Why don’t we talk and discuss things in a civil manner instead of relieving almost all the national officers whose only fault is to express their opinions for the good of the Association? Shall we wait for the October National Convention in dealing with this Leadership crises? We have prepared a new CBL for eventual registration with SEC.
If you can’t and will not scrap the IMMUNITY CLAUSE, inclusion of INTERNATIONAL REGIONS then we will pursue our Plans for Self Determination via the Autonomous Parliamentary System of governance with or without you and MF JB, who has to explain to the Guardian’s world his monetary accountability.

IS IT WORTH THE WORRIES? IS IT WORTH THE FIGHT?
Things went rough when I said no to the decision of the leadership. I voiced my own opinion, I asserted my right. After all, I said, I am also a member, I have the equal rights as much as the leadership of the organization. This is a democratic association, so to speak. It was clearly advocated by the National leadership, to be democratic, to be equal, to be heard. My “ no” was not actually against anyone. It was a principle I fought for. I was oriented by the National leadership about being democratic. I was taught of the right to fight for as long as we do not violate the human dignity. As long as we do not violate our laws. The National Leadership advocated it. We learned and we followed. After all, if this is not democratic, I will not be part of this organization.
I can remember the story of our leader. That about 30 years ago, he himself faced – off persecution. He was pressured by the AFP leadership to disband the organization he was leading. He was ordered to erased the marks of the organization he was advocating. But, he didn’t follow. He firmly believed on the democratic principle. He strongly argued that every Filipino, whether a soldier or a civilian has equal rights to organize, to belong to an organization he believes he can be. Anyone can freely express his views as long as it is not against the law. He can loudly speak his opinion no matter what it takes for as long as, it doesn’t trample the rights of others. After all, this is a free country.
He proudly stood his path, believing his principle. The leader fought for his right up to the extent of sacrificing his military career, he said.
He was right. I said to myself, this is the person I want to follow. This is the leader I want to idolized. This is the guts, I want to adopt. The leader is fair, honest and true to himself and others. His advocacy should be supported. His cause should be propagated. That was the reason I supported his cause. That was the reason I followed his path. That was the reason I sided with him.
That is history . . . .now.
I am a principled man. Though I belong to the Magic Group, I believed that I have equal rights with those that comes from the organic members. I was trained to be open, to be democratic and to be frank and honest. I have held high positions in the government, and the private offices. I have lead many people coming both from the professional group and the blue color level. I have made several companies successful. I have caused offices received awards. I am an achiever.
I am also a leader just like the GBI national leadership. I have lead even bigger and stronger organizations. I never failed yet, not yet.
I am dismayed, I am disappointed. Our advocacy for a democratic organization seems vanishing. Our effort even how much bigger, is no longer given weight. Our freedom of decision and freewill to choose is no longer respected. The track I am following is derailing. The path that once was clear and principled is now dirty and confusing. The freedom I once saw is now vague. The honesty and frankness and freedom of operation is now replaced by covert parameters. The shrewdness is clear. Personal interest is glaring.
I fought for this organization. I raised my arm side by side with the leadership. I embraced their truth. I covered my eyes. I speak of their legacy.
Now, I am being sidetrack. By simply not agreeing with what they wanted, I was replaced, condemned and ridiculed. I never have any violations. I was just protecting the organization for further division and embarrassment. After all, I joined the organization not because of “politics” but because of brotherhood. This is also the reason of many more magic groups who is now embracing the principle of Guardianism.
This is it. I came to realized what really is this organization. Now, I am in the limbo. I have done a lot of sacrifices just like the others. I have given my time, money and effort even if this organization will always look up to the original leadership. In return, I got kicked out. I was replaced unceremoniously. This is my prize, my reward, my certificate and my trophy.
Now I am asking, IS IT WORTH THE WORRIES? IS IT WORTH THE FIGHT?
